Today I applied for the Unionbank EON to see if it works since I really need to get my paypal money. The application is easy and it can be done online. You just need to indicate specifically where you are going to recieve the card. Since Union bank has many branches here in the Philippines there is also no problem in getting your card. They said that the card can be get within five (5) business day so for now I just need to wait and see what happens after 5 days.
